Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During busy periods (such as school or PTA bulk orders), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services and are outside of our control once dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- PTA / School Orders: Delivery TBC
- Online Retail Orders: Free UK Delivery

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
