We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in a resellable condition
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, items must be sent back within 14 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned outside the return window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
PTA & School Orders
Bulk PTA or school orders follow the same return policy unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
